Project Summary:
Site and mechanical scope package for Hamms Solar Farm. Install SWPPP perimeter controls, access road and staging area. Intermittently grade site to conform site to solar system equipment tolerances. Place, level and compact stone leveling pads. Set precast ballast. Construct solar array racking system. Maintain and stabilize site.
