Safety

At Simpson Moynihan, safety is more than compliance; it’s a core value embedded in every aspect of how we operate. From pre-task planning to project closeout, we prioritize the protection of our workforce, our clients, and the communities we serve.

Our safety program is led directly by senior management and reinforced by our field supervisors, with daily jobsite briefings, regular audits, and continuous training built into our operations. We hold every member of our team accountable to the highest standards because safety isn’t delegated; it’s owned by everyone.

We follow all applicable OSHA standards, maintain union-trained crews, and implement project-specific safety plans that adapt to evolving site conditions. All Simpson Moynihan foremen hold OSHA 30-hour certifications and are CPR certified, ensuring that safety leadership is always present on-site.

Whether on a high-traffic urban utility project or a large-scale site development job, our goal is the same: zero incidents, every day.
