Project Summary:

Simpson Moynihan constructed a new law enforcement rifle range, completing all sitework, earthwork, drainage, utilities, structural concrete, security fencing, and bridge rehabilitation. The project included construction of 10- to 20-foot ballistic containment berms using 11,000 cubic yards of structural fill, stormwater infrastructure, and a reinforced foundation for an automated bullet backstop system. Completed safely and on schedule, the project delivered a secure, durable training facility despite challenging site conditions and existing utilities.
